id777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit id777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

id777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where id777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Violated any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempted to manipulate the platform, its games, or its payment systems.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their id777 account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to KYC compliance. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

id777 also reserves the right to discontinue any game, product, or service offered on the platform at any time without liability, provided that open bets are settled according to applicable game rules prior to discontinuation.

id777 is committed to resolving all player complaints and disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the id777 platform — including bet settlements, transaction processing, bonus handling, or account decisions — please follow the procedure below:

Your continued use of the id777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the id777 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which id777 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit id777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it reasonably determines such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the security and integrity of the id777 platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
